To be an official SBF you need to earn respect in the gang and feel accepted by the leader or co-leader. And no. There isnt any kind of "Is there /respect?" "Can i farm respect?". You'll know when you get respect. And beside. Try doing missions and brawls with the leader and members of the gang. While you doing this. You need to RP as good as you can. Everything depends on your RP
