I'll just spit out my suggestions quickly. After you have read it, post your opinion about it and vote on the poll.

Add the rules into the rules section. It would be useful for every player, but mostly for new players.
Add the moderator legend and let them be able to moderate every section of this forum.
Add an IC section (Rap section, Character section, etc...).
Add BFR (a rap section). There's MDR for families already so I'll make my topics if it gets added.
Add a happy birthday section.
Add a format for every important section (Ban Appeals, Report a player/admin, etc). If there's some formats already, well, sorry then.
