Seville boulevard families
It all started around the 70's when Seville boulevard families got created. The bad thing was, Seville boulevard families was a very small gang while the ballas gang was a more heavy and growing gang. Seville boulevard families was also one of the reasons why the 3 sets is taking drugs.

Today (90's)

Seville boulevard families kept spreading their drugs all over the eastside. They got very strong on the east and over-populated both Vagos and Grove street families. Grove street families decided to stop with all the drugs and told Temple drive families and Seville boulevard families that they didnt want anything with them to do about the drugging.
There are getting worse and worse in Los Santos beacause of Ballas overpopulated ammount of member. That's why CJ is trying to re-unite the families togheter.
