SUGGESTION

Add a new command: /spray [TAG]. It will spray a tag for you. and you can only do it 2 times per 30 minutes. Example. /spray [GSF]. Sprays Grove Street Families tag + gives you a spray animation

Add a new command: /spraycan. Gives you a spraycan. if you dont have a spraycan when u do /spraycan it will like give you a error in the chat who says like you dont have a spraycan.
And i thinked like this. If you use the spraycan to kill someone you'll get warned/kicked

Add /spray(tag), but now /spraycan to get the spray can just like that. You can buy the spraycan at every store.

I don't think it's fair to put a limited time on how long you can tag each minute. But I believe after making 5+ tags overall, you cannot provide any more until the LSPD/Government have whipped it off. Or Server restart.

When it comes to abusive in killing people with it. I think it's possible to make a script like, you cannot lose HP with that particular ''weapon''.

We can also add /wipetag to remove some tags if you have been spraying 5 tags or more.
